Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in shopping with us. We stand behind the quality of our products, and we truly hope that you enjoy your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in good condition.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item(s) can be returned or exchanged. We must receive your return within 15 calendar days of your order date. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Contact us within: seven (7) days of delivery, three (3) days for damaged or defective items.
- Ship items back within: fifteen (15) calendar days of date of order. We must receive your return within fifteen (15) calendar days of your order date. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We will gladly help with cancellations: You may request a cancellation before an item has shipped. Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change or cancel your order. If you no longer want the items you purchased, upon delivery of the item you can begin a return process.
- Returnable Items: Item must be in original condition and in the original packaging in which it was received.
- Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: Damages must be reported within three (3) days of delivery, or the item cannot be returned. The piece must be in the original condition in which it was received. If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our Customer Service department promptly at email@example.com so we can review the order and help you with a return label. We’ll cover the return shipping for incorrect or defective items.
Returns and Exchanges for Apparel, Accessories & Other
Returnable Merchandise: All items are returnable only in new condition. We will accept your return of unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and defective merchandise; we must receive your return within 15 calendar days of your order date. International orders are allowed 20 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Defective Merchandise: Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Item must be unworn, unwashed. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift Cards, Clearance and Final Sale category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges for Paintings
Returnable Items: The artwork must be in original condition and in the original packaging in which it was received. We will accept your return of unused, unaltered, and defective merchandise; we must receive your return within 15 calendar days of your order date. International orders are allowed 20 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Defective Merchandise: Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. The artwork must be in original condition in which it was received.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been damaged or altered cannot be returned. Clearance and Final Sale category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any commissioned artworks or custom framed paintings.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they can’t be returned or exchanged:
- Commissioned artwork or custom framed paintings
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items that have been altered or damaged by the recipient
- Clearance and/or Final Sale category items
- Gift Cards and products purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded.
- For the return of any item purchased with a gift card, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase i.e.., the gift card.
All returns must be approved by first reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number along with a Return Form and shipping instructions. Without a return authorization number, the item will be shipped back to the sender and the sender will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns beyond said time window will be rejected and you’ll be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
When returning an item, the package should include the item along with any packaging and documentation it came with. Artwork must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received. Please do not staple any bags or boxes as this can damage the item. We ask that you provide us with the tracking information for the return of the piece. Please note that we’re not responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees incurred, or damage caused in transit on returned items.
Refund & Processing Time
- You’ll be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return’s arrival at our facility.
- Upon receipt of the item, and after inspection, we’ll refund your purchase price, minus the shipping charges (if any) in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days upon receipt of the returned piece for the refund to be processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement.
- For gift returns that are returned within fifteen (15) days of the transaction date, you’ll receive by email an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender. Gift Certificates and any online store credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued.
Returns to KaphaLiving.com:
We only accept returns for products purchased on KaphaLiving.com. If you want to return a product purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different item, you must first return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive and approve your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment, and you may then place an order for the desired new item. SENDING MERCHANDISE BACK:
Include a duly completed return form along with a copy of your receipt inside the packages you are returning, and securely repackage your items. Returns are at the customer’s own cost, and we will not be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed by Kapha Living.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs based on the shipping method used in the original order. Should you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the original transaction amount.
